This project involved designing a comprehensive, multi-page warranty service contract and corresponding forms for a major client. The primary goal was to create a professional, highly organized, and legally compliant document template for their financial and insurance products.
The design challenge was focused on document utility: organizing complex legal text, customer disclosures, and multiple dealer/administrator copies into one cohesive system. The final deliverable included a master interactive PDF template that allows the client to efficiently capture all necessary customer and contract details, ensuring accuracy and streamlining their dealer workflow. This work showcases my expertise in functional business forms & documents and customized print design solutions for high-volume transactions.
